FOC! *written

LOL, i am back from Freshmen Orientation Camp MAN! hahaha! I got Charmaine, Wanrong, Daniel and Heng Rui from Gyss who went there.

how do i feel about the camp? :

hehehe, the camp was overall moderately ok... With all the cheering and fun activities, i had fun.. But there were some boring moments when we waited at the grand stand, in the lecture rooms watching boring videos. But the energy from our GLs ( group leaders ) esp our delta 3 GLs SHA-SHA-SHA hidah, cute travis and emotional Val really brought the spirit up high up :) They were the most amazing bunch of people lor, so hyper all day long, with little sleep everyday, Wah i sure die without proper sleep de... hahaha! The camp crew also put in a lot of effort in the camp, the organizers, the DHs ( division heads ), the gamemasters etc etc.. Really damn kelian, everytime must run here and there for us. REALLY PEI FU! And also of course cannot forget the F&B people, without them, we will not have our 4 meals. hahaha! Love those doughnuts especially!
Actually my group members are also great bunch of people... Although we didn't bond much and always with our clicks, but really enjoy those precious moments when i actually tried to socialize with them, they were priceless i tell u! :) But i din guess put in my 100% mostly because i wasn't very comfortable sometimes.. NEXT CAMP I STRIVE TO SOCIALIZE WITH EVERYONE IN MY GROUP! :) The people that made a difference in my group were : Firstly, my bunch of good girlfriends that pei me after Hazel booked out.. Wah really thanks alot... Or else ar, i think i will still be in my small comfort zone doing nth but stone all day... Thanks Zoe, Bernice, Yvonne, Latifah ( although she abit quiet ). And not forgetting the other girlfriends whom i pei with sometimes... Amerah, Nora and Charmaine these guys were the girl power of the team, i wanted so much to join them :) The others were nice and friendly but i din really made that effort to socialize more with them, well it was a pity. There were the guys that made a difference in our group were : Gabriel Tan cum Best Freshie of Delta Chi cum Cheerleader cum quite funny oldest guy in our group.. V cum the indian guy whom could take our racist joke cum the joker who was able to make something that is not very funny to extreme fun. He can make u laugh on the spot until ur tummy burst i tell u :) Then there was also my mass dance partner Daryl, he very patient with me while dancing, cause i always dun get the last part ( twisting and the square part ) so i damn sian... hahaha but he always very patient :) thanks dude :) Thats all :)

OK, so what did we do?! :

First day :
It was mainly ice-breaker games and there were alot of time wasted on stoning.. haha, damn bored. Everyone were quite unfamiliar with each other so i felt really uncomfortable and had many thoughts of booking out. We then had a tour around school, after that we will sent off to the lecture rooms to catch those videos, we watched Juno and it was quite nice, but it is a movie that u would not consider watching it the second time. And there was Achmed and Russell Peters and i was sent off with Kawa for the haunting night walk. We followed the green lightsticks and go to the engineering building ( i tink ) and there it was the haunting had started.
I was like damn scared lah! Wherever i go, i would cover my ears and ask kawa to look at the corners although i noe that there are only humans scaring me, but some of them really scared me... The most scary part was the female toilet, where we were instructed to go to the last cubicle to flush the toilet... We met the camp crew personnel there and he told us to go in, i ask him to pei us cuz i scared but he say he will wait at the door... Then when Kawa and i entered the toilet, the bloody bastard go lock the toilet door, scared me half life. Then we went to the last toilet after checking there was no sight of any disturbances in the toilet. The funny thing was that he stomp the toiletbowl cover before flushing thinking that sth was come out of the toiletbowl! HAHA! Then when we ending, Hong Peng and JiaHui came after us, they were damn fast lah, so the last part we took the scare for them lor... LOL! I think they damn lucky lor! Kawa and i must be damn slow! LOL! Then the day ended wth us going to bathe, and there were so many people, but thank goodness, Delta Chi was first so i was lucky to enter the cubicle alone. :) Then all of us lights out at 4 plus AM!

Second day:
Woke up at 8 plus AM and we had mass dancing after breakfast. The mass dancing was quite fun. After that we had station games! We played butter hill ( i din go up :( ), the dizzy cum flour game where we need to turn 10 rounds making ourselves super dizzy and take the ping pong ball out using our mouth from the water then get the chocolate egg out from the bucket of flour. My face had flour all over lor! Then we got the chair game and the bench game testing teamwork de, but the bench de was meaningless cuz there were too many people squeezing on top of the bench and it was too difficult to move about on the bench lor and they expect us to arrange ourselves from the tallest to shortest. WTH right?! LOL! And the dog and bone game was even more meaningless cause it totally didn't involve the whole team lor! So waste of time! Then there was the pull-up there the game, that was the best hahaha :) they set up massive strings on the pull-up area and ask us to squeeze in :) That all i can rmb about station games hahaha! When dusk breaks, we went to my school LSCT :) for game. The game was called evolution! U are first the worm, then the egg, to the chicken, human >> SUPERHUMAN! Haha in the midst of S-P-S, our cliques got scattered all over the place! LOL! Then i became lazy then cheated and went down to the meeting point to rest HAHA! Slept the earliest that night and longest. 12.30am-8.30am :)

Third Day:
That day was considered my funniest day, and the day when i socialize the most. :)
We had this big game that day and was told to protect the newspaper and our handsome DH from Zeta Pi and Sigma Phi members to destroy our newspaper HAHA! then there was the water bombs, the game was bloody in the mess lor! But in the end have fun protecting handsome mark hahaha, while protecting him, i got shots to my head and my legs :( so wet lor after that HAHA! Then after we go bathe, the worst ever! Must chiong 4 ppl at one go LOR! My clique chiong in the cubicle and kept laughing HAHA! Then the irritationg GLs kept chionging us, knocking the door until want to fall liao :( Then we had the campfire at the convention centre. There was a really nice wooden gate waiting for us at the entrance... And this yeat FOC theme was GREEK! So there was a spartan guard on top, and he had us cheer to go in LOL! damn funny! Then we cheer like siao, they had the greek costume competition, and the bloody campfire was a lighting volcano HAHA! Then we starting joking around with V, he damn funny lor, joker in my group... He has the ability to make sth that is not really funny to really funny, i laugh until my stomach wan to burst liao haha! Then the DHs had their videos, so cute lor :) Mark was still as handsome as ever, Russell= Sigma Phi's DH was lion king hahah with his long hair and he letting it down was damn funny sia!, Shim was also quite handsome haha and Zeta Pi DH also cool :) Aww they love their GLs so much lah :) Then we had disco dance! WOOTS high sia whenever i heard my fav songs :) then i went over to look at the DJ damn cool lor he! Then after disco, we had the freedom to do free stuff... Most people stay up late, cuz the stupid GLs went around the hall and make fun of those sleeping with Colgate, Markers and paint. SO KELIAN, esp Latifah cuz she slept early lah! LOL! She got it. Bernice also tio, i also tio abit, haha damn funny!

Fourth day:
Woke up at 9 plus AM, din had the appetite to eat so after the camp was damn hungry... We camwhore like siao but had to get the photos from chio bu Charmaine b4 i can post :(
Yup! Everyone went to the lecture and GLs cried, make until every D3 gurls want to cry lor. :(

After the camp i went for dancing class straightaway with marisa and renette :)
had josephine as dancing instructor, she was around our age and dances really well! :D

Boring cum Listening ears.

HEY! :)
haha sorry today abit siao.
ok, went to pei sick weijie to SP today. He went there to install software into his computer.

Aww man, it was the most boring 3 hours of my life...
Because of his VAIO, there was so many interrupted processes and the persons-in-charge had to restart the laptop i think at least 10 times today. Quite sian, sick weijie lor, go buy his laptop outside... So he need to configure his laptop to connect to the wireless in SP so very mafan lor...
And it was freezing in the computer lab lah... They are mad people lor on the aircon so low, make both freezing there like wat, our limbs were all numb cannot move properly. Thank goodness we live in a tropical country or i think i cannot survive the cold winters OR even autumn at four seasoned countries. ( quote from sick weijie mouth ) I played a bit of games in psp but it was really boring and freezing, cannot even play properly lor :( Then sick weijie so weak that he type and do things on the laptop so slow i cannot tahan keep walking in and out of the place to keep warm hahaha! Also to go toilet also lah hahaha. I think i do have a weak bladder.

After eating lunch, i went to sick weijie house and played with his mini zoo. His guinea pigs welcome me and kept making noises when we shake the food, cuz they hungry mob. hahaha. Then he showed me his mini fountain which is quite nice with the yin and yang sign. hahaha. Then his birds were so timid, we only walk near to the cage they all flew to the corner of the cage away from us. Haha it is their nature no choice... Then there was the fish tank, first time i have seen such big fish tank compared to my uncle's one, there were 5 nemos in there and there were corals, wow, it really fascinate me, cuz it was really well-maintained compared to mine which like one stupid huge parrot fish dirtying the tank making it so smelly and unpleasant, how i wish i could flush the damn fish down the toilet bowl but dunno unexpectedly my father treasure it hahah. And buy new small adorable fish to keep the tank nice and dandy :)

I left the house at 3.45pm after watching tv haha, and went back grandma house to sleep, and yes i am a grandma's grandchild who frequent at her house cuz of her sumptuous dinner every evening. U can never find a grandma that treat all her grandchild so well and also treat her in-laws so well :) i love her :) but now she has weak legs so i have to help her out with those pesky cousins which sometimes i really cannot tahan.

After i left the house, meisiew called me, after that we met up at bishan interchange and we started chatting about her new job at a real estate company. I was really glad that her life has finally start to have a new turnover and everything is gg well for her, really happy for her :))
THANK GOD! :) I been praying for her and my prayers has finally been answered :) HALLELUYAH!

Personal views:
Since young i had many nightmares about death, and even fear of death itself. Because of those distracting media, i had many dreams about what will happen at the afterlife and never believe in those idols which dictates us to believe that there is actually 18 levels of hell blah blah. So i had many doubts and very protective of myself. Yeah, i do imagine myself reincarnate as an animal cause i am influence by my family into this thinking and had many interesting "adventures" HAHA! But sometimes i dreamt that i had nowhere to go, just lingering around earth, but that is really plain bored. But after service today i was really enlighten in the sense that I had made the greatest deal of my life :) Thank GOD that death really died, this will really stop me from imagining wildly the next life i think of DEATH.

PRAISE THE LORD!~

For the first time of my life, i have accepted Christ the Lord into my life.
And Ps Khong said that even with minimal faith i could grow in the Lord.
After hearing those words, it had really reassured me,
and not forgetting the trembling when i was with Candy at the front when Ps Khong and the others were blessing me.
When i prayed the prayer for the first time, i was really reluctant to raise my hand up...
But Candy (sent by God) came over to the end of the row and i quickly grab her and ask her to folo me up :) Because i felt the most secure when i am around her like everything that is obstructing me from Lord was disperse into thin air.
Because since young, i been exposed to Catholic practices in a convent school.
Attending mass, praying with the father and sisters (nuns and priests) really influence me alot alot.
Also thanks to my mum, i been exposed to The Bible since young too.
I would read the different testimonies in the Bible over and over again because of those adoring stories like Noah And the Ark, Moses and Jesus stories most importantly.
I would say i was very lucky compared to my younger brother and those pre-believers out there whom didn't get the chance to get exposed to this environment.

A MUST: i really want to thank God for that :) He really put down a path for me to walk on, with all the obstacles which i had overcame, and the leaps of faith that i was suppose to jump across...

Firstly: i am also very thankful for Elizabeth, Renette, Josiah, Aaron, they were the people who help me to understand the Lord better at school and i really want to thank them LOTS! Esp the gurls, without them i would have never gone to FCBC and know all the nice sisters and brothers there :)

Secondly: i am very thankful for the welcoming FCBC de tribe esp dearest Candy's cell group for not giving up on me and encouraging me and also being great role models to take on. THANK GOD THANK GOD! All the Ps that were there during my leaps of faith :)

Lastly: i wan to thank all those around me, esp my family members for respecting my decision, and giving me a chance to get to know Jesus, must really thank dad for telling me all his past experiences as a Christian and my mum for introducing me my first church camp which i really enjoyed, esp the Christmas Carols singing. :)

So i have made my most important decision of my life!
AS FORTH TODAY! Alison Ong Hui Xin is a Christian :)

hehe, went to watch 10,000 bc ytd with mum and brother,
the show was sat forth at the age of the sabre tooth tiger and mammoths,
the humans were in different tribes and there were many customs,
they were all in primary settlement activities : hunting, gathering.
Then there was a prophecy about humans with horses whom they called the
"four-legged demons" were going to dominate the people,
but a hero will rise up against them and do a deed so great that
can determine the survival of a mortal god whom the people from civilization
called the "almighty" and rescue all the slaves.

SIAN (pissed)

SIAN! i am so bored today! i went to woodlands for check-up today and i had to queue up for registration, and in the end it was my turn, had a vaccination and it had left my left arm numb. Then i pass up my stools and left the place with groceries which i bought while waiting for my turn and it was SUPPOSE to be for the special dinner to celebrate meisiew's belated burfdae at my house and i even bought a small greenish cupcake for her =,= and to think i paid 10c for the stupid candle =,=
TO MAKE IT EVEN WORST, SHE LATE MINUTE TELL ME SHE NOT COMING =,=
and when i ask her the rest of the week whether is she free, she is not =,=
waste my money =,= sian, i am feeling sibei sian now.
i noe i noe she is busy today =,= aiya no choice who ask me so unlucky lor =,=

SP>NP>Orchard

WOOSH, yesterday went out with weijie and felix.
First stop : SP :D
weijie and felix went back for their registration, okay..
SP campus wasn't bad, it was huge and quite old the campus,
but compared wif my poly, it was not strenuous to walk around the place.
But the school so very systematic, the first thing weijie touch at the campus was the queue machine haha.
we queue and there were many students, but thankfully we went early so it was a quick process for felix cuz he didn't need to queue up to pay fees but weijie need LOL (cuz he use CPF) hahaha. Then on the way out of the hall of stations, the last station was taking photos for the student id in sp, every one of them have an id card for identification purposes i guess :D haha then the 2 of them started comparing their id cards.
Then weijie brought his bulky vaio along to install softwares into his computer but in the end the person-in-charge told him he needed an appointment to do that, so no choice he had to go back to sp again...
Second stop: NP
I just went to school today to pass up my students union camp form and install software into my lappie today, the convention hall was filled with HYPED UP students and they were cheering and we talked about how systematic SP was and NP students are so noisy(said by both guys not me) etc etc... Then i head off to block 46 to install my software, thank goodness i could walk-in install or else it will b so sian to go back to school again =,= I WAS TOTALLY LOST, i went to the student services counter and they gave me a map, i walk a big round to that block =,=, a car stop by to ask me info but i din noe, so i gave them the map for reference. I FINALLY reach that bloody place and settled down, by then i was VERY VERY sweaty and perspiring all over. A guy came over and served me and we started to install in the software... THEN! i messed up my password and could not sign in into the connection thingy, and i drag the bloody time and weijie and felix came looking for me and they were petty fast in finding block 46, i was so damn pissed, i walk a bloody long way n they were so fast :(
After installing, we walk a trail of hills and slopes 2 the bus stop.
Last Stop : Orchard.
We walk around whole Orchard looking for bags, clothes and slippers (weijie )
But in the end we end up in HEEREN, i tell u, we walk everywhere for 4 hours and end up buying stuff at the last hour =,= that was how desperate weijie n i were, we were like, WALAU IF WE NEVER BUY ANYTHING TODAY, WE WUN LEAVE ORCHARD! And guess what, we bought stuff from rip curl and 77th street. After all that shopping i head home.

grandma's legs were not functioning properly today so i had to pick those rascals back frm school today, and i tell ya, today was exercise day :D, after dinner and fooling around in the void deck playing monkey, weijian n i brought the two rascals back home and we walked home :D
it was a nice stroll and we talk about lots of things, it was quite fun actually :D

haha i totally changed the thing, transfer whatever necessary for my leisure over...
And every tools is there for me,
although frens around me says acer isn't so good,
but i fought back, saying i would onli use for 3 years then mayb i would change again :D
i got it at 1.6k :D quite a good deal and there were free gifts available for upgrades :D
Was quite excited, but when i enter the campus i saw a lot of ppl walking out with fujitsu laptops,
then it dawn on me that fujitsu laptop capability was better than acer,
but who cares? it is oni for three years then i can get a even better one after that :D
hahaha so when i enter the convention hall which was the same convention hall i went at the accounting quiz during the previous year... ok, the convention was filled with "crazy" students i should say, cuz they were all so HYPED UP :D But it was good :D i kinda like a high environment or i would so boring in school lor :(
ok... then i bought the notebook and got an insurance for it, juz specially for my forgetfulness and clumsiness :D
then i went home lor :D
so quite happy every function is there for me :D
the bluetooth, the wireless, the dolby surround sound and those free gifts :D
very happy with my PURCHASE :D

Ok, i was preparing to go to bed but i decided that i had to come to blog about my freaky alimentary canal ytd night/this early morning when the sun had not rose yet.
At 6am, i had a bad tummy upset or should say peristalsis movements in my large intestine. And i was pretty sure that the "thing" which could not be digested is quite huge compared to the diameter of my colon. And i went to the toilet and stand by :)
By 10 minutes the huge "thing" came out and i was freaked out by the size of that thing. And everything inside was relieved.
WAIT HAVEN END YET!
At 7am, tummy started hurting again, this time i thought it was cramps so i went to prepare... But it was so unbearable so i decided to go toilet again stand by and this time all the semi-solid/liquid "substances" came out :( sorry to freak u out with the disgust). THANK GOODNESS :) but have to blog it out for my future references and medical evidences.

ok, back to blog about today.
i bought new clothes at novena today at the usual hang-out.
i bought mostly shirts and auntie angie told my mum that i now had the "branded" taste.
And I BOUGHT MY FIRST SKINNY JEANS ;) happy-ness :D
hahaha, and guess wat, i total spent 184 bucks on those clothings. GOSH!
DEAR GOD, PLEASE GUIDE ME IN SAVING. AMEN :(

After that went to compass point with my family, actually wanted to go to IT fair but everyone objected (esp grandmama) because she didn't like crowded places, so no choice. So went compass point, and my mum went hunting for assessment bks for my brother (he din do well for his term 1 tests and asignments) so my mum was pissed off and bought a stack for him, but i really wonder whether the legendary ong wei jian can really finish those assessment bks and i have to teach him the algebra oh my tian! But nvm, i also want him to do well :)
DEAR LORD, PLEASE BLESS MY BROTHER AND I COMMIT HIM INTO YOUR HANDS :). GUIDE HIM IN HIS ACADEMICS AND BEHAVIOR, and let him do well in his streaming years to make my mum and YOU proud of him. THANK YOU ;) AMEN.

When i reached home, i started bugging frens on9 to help me out with the laptop crisis and sadly EVERYONE CAME UP WITH DIFFERENT BRANDS that is good :( DILEMMA! :) so this is only one of the options.
aaron oompa showed me one which had num pad on the keypad lor! And the other features was quite good too. But that notebook is at U.S. Although there is free shipping, i didn't want to take the risk in getting the notebook :( And it is more ex than the aspire and needed to let school things get downloaded into the notebook :(
he is importing it from the U.S. well wish him luck.

GRR! so pissed while playing bioshock todae!

i actually already completed point prometheus level, which the the level b4 the final boss,

BUT! i din find one little sister in the level and they told me to go back to the level to find the little sister, i search all over the level but i cannot feel any vibrations on the controller! Then grandma came in and told me to round up the game for the day cuz she going to fetch those rascals home. I ACCIDENTALLY push start and quit the game. GUESS WAT? i forgot to save the game and when i push continue on the main menu, every data i played on the level was gone T.T SOBS :(

omg, i got to replay the whole level again! MAN! that level was the worst! :(

nvm, juz came to blog to vent my anger :P

OH YA! i went prawn fishing ytd :)
i caught two small prawns, weijian caught one big prawns, 3rd uncle caught 5 prawns and little michelle caught 1 prawn for herself :)
it was an accomplishment for me because it was the first time i went fishing and this was the easiest fishing activity ever, it is so easy that my uncle can fish a prawn in the average of 10 minutes of staring at the float. Fishing is the test of patience, and weijian and i failed badly :(
